Weild & Co. works with corporations to identify and reach many more long-term investors and to get the most out of Wall Street. Our infrastructure is designed to improve corporate access in the equities markets. This contrasts from traditional Wall Street firms where capabilities have been developed to cater to high commission-paying investors – many of whom are short-term in nature. For this reason, Weild & Co. is much more effective at helping corporations reach qualified long-term investors. Our approach helps corporations (and other investment banks) to achieve better results in ‘testing the waters’, crossover private placements, initial public offerings, uplistings, follow-on offerings, and in the aftermarket.
