NEW YORK, NY Stonybrook Capital & Risk Management is proud to announce
that its own Tom Deane, Partner, has been invited to lead a presentation at the
upcoming Pacific Association of Domestic Insurance Companies (PADIC)
conference. The event will be held in Stockton, California on June 16th, 2022.
Attending the conference will be several PADIC member companies, all
esteemed industry figures. Mr. Deane’s presentation will cover P&C industry
M&A, insights on ongoing sector challenges, capital raises, and current and future
industry trends in M&A in the insurance and insurtech industry verticals.
Mr. Deane came to Stonybrook from JLT Capital Markets, where he was a
Senior Vice President in the North American Advisory space. Mr. Deane joined
JLT in 2010 and spent his first four years in London, predominantly focused on
Lloyd’s M&A and aiding Lloyd’s Syndicates with their capital requirements. Prior
to JLT, he was a member of the investment banking team at Benfield Advisory.
While at Benfield, Mr. Deane worked on a number of start up Lloyd’s operations, and
capital raises.
