Ian Winchester

Mr. Winchester is the Managing Partner and Chairman of the Investment Committee at BHC Winton Fund, L.P., an investment fund that focuses on providing capital to syndicates operating in the Lloyd’s market. He serves also as Managing Director for the Insurance Group at Brooks Houghton and Company. From 1985 to 2006, he was with T&H Holdings, Inc., parent of Toplis & Harding, where he served as Chairman, President, and CEO and continues as a Non-Executive Director. Earlier, he spent 15 years with Winchester Bowring, Ltd., a specialist reinsurance broker at Lloyd’s. He has been an underwriting Member of Lloyd’s since 1978.

Mark Ricciardelli

Mark is the Founder and Principal of PlumBank Advisors which provides startup capital for early stage businesses in the financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. Before founding PlumBank, Mr. Ricciardelli was CEO of Asterisk Financial Group, a special insurance company. He was also Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Alea Group Holdings (a KKR Co), a publicly traded global reinsurance and specialty insurance company. Before Alea, he led multiple divisions for GE Insurance Solutions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Casualty and Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of ERC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Art Dougherty

Mr. Dougherty is currently Executive Vice President, Head of New Business Development for Holborn Corporation. Prior to joining Holborn, he was Senior Vice President for U.S. RE Corporation, and managed the U.S. domestic production and placement of treaty reinsurance, and focused on property catastrophe business arising from the Gulf States. Mr. Dougherty joined Benfield in 2001 as a senior vice president, where he was responsible for production, management, and placement of treaty reinsurance, with particular emphasis on specialty casualty business. Prior to Benfield, Art worked for Sten-Re, Cole, a firm which ultimately became Aon Re, where he served for 20 years.

John DiGregoria

Mr. DiGregoria is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Holborn Corporation and a member of the firm’s Franchise Operating Committee. Additionally, he participates in the firm’s governance as Corporate Secretary and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. DiGregoria joined the firm in 1999, after more than 16 years in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Prior to joining Holborn, Mr. DiGregoria was a Controller at ZRC and later assumed responsibilities as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Generali’s U.S. Branch. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Frank Ruyak

Mr. Ruyak was most recently Chairman of Cannon General Insurance Services, LLC in San Diego. Prior to joining Cannon, Frank was with Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. from 2000 through 2008. He joined the company as President and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2006. He left Prudential in 1981 to join Constitution Reinsurance Corporation in New York City and stayed with Constitution through 1998. He was named President of that company in 1987 and managed all treaty underwriting operations during his time with Constitution Re.
