Insural Insurance Solutions Acquisition of WRC Agency, Inc.2

Based in North Dakota, Insural Insurance Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of

Farmers Union Service Association, LTD., provides insurance brokerage services.

Insural Insurance Solutions specializes in supporting rural communities and

underserved agencies. The acquisition of WRC Agency, Inc. helps Insural Insurance

Solutions build its book of business as well as expand its brand and access to its

services across the Midwest.

Formed in 1984, WRC Agency Inc. provides insurance brokerage services and is based

in Madison, Wisconsin.

According to WRC President & CEO Jason A. Fogg, the transaction went incredibly
