Equity investors have passed through a distressing period, facing concerns about inflation, interest rates, supply chains, geo-political threats, and their impact on valuations. Parts of the public markets have since recovered. Notably, insurance industry participants that we follow have outperformed most other equities. We now see some increasing interest in private market activity as well.
